ANNA NICHOLS

"I started wood turning at 16 years old in school. A teacher at school with his own lathe showed me how to turn spindles.

I went on to make my first rocking chair in class for my A-Levels.

I continued turning as an amateur in my parents garage on my own lathe. Specifically I focused on pieces of furniture.

I became a professional full time wood turner and furniture maker in 2010.
